Sailent Features of this book: The book covers the entire prescibed syllabus. Numbers system is extended upto 4-digits by observing and counting objects. Formation of 2-digit numbers with given digits has been explained thoroughly. Addition and subtraction of 2-digit numbers with regrouping (carrying) and with decomposing (borrowing) have been taught. Multiplication is done by means of multiplication tables. Division is also intriduced in a simple way. Oral questions have been given to enhance the thinking power of the students. To avoid the strees of examination, question papers have been replaced by introducing Activity Worksheets. Some Value Based (Life Skills) questions have been given. Challenging problems under the heading Challenges are also included.
