Returns & Exchange Policy
Company provides Returns and Exchange for All Products Except Cakes and Food Items.
- We have customer friendly Returns and Exchange policy. If you receive any defective Product, you are required to inform us within 5 days from the day of delivery to our customer care department.
- Exchange will be depending on product availability. There is no Return and Exchange Policy on Cakes & Bakery Items.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Only defective and damaged products will be liable for free shipping cost on Return or Exchange.
- In case of Exchange Customer has to pay Shipping Cost for Exchanged Product as Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- If your order is yet to ship and we receive a request from you for the cancellation of order, in that case we will refund the whole amount.
- If the order is in transit, then contact to our customer care service.
- If received product found to be defective, then the policy of return and exchange will be applicable.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
