About The Author: Namrata Palta is a Post Graduate in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune, and a graduate in English Honors with a certification as a voice and accent trainer. She also has done her Hotel Management. She has worked with India\'s BPO\'s like EXL and Vertex and has conducted training workshops at reputed companies like Aaj Tak, Hewitt, Career Launcher and RMSI. She has her own training institute called \"Spoken English\" and has even authored a book with the same name. She has addressed the need of developing and improving the communication skills of more than 3000 students.
